10月下旬に入り、一段と寒さが増してきて秋の空になってきました。

みなさんは、「秋」と聞いてなにを思い浮かべますか？
読書の秋、食の秋、芸術の秋など、秋の楽しみ方はたくさんありますよね。

In Japan, we spend Autumn by various ways. Autumn is the season for eating, reading, sports and the arts etc.

私たちの住む平泉町は、秋になると世界遺産の中尊寺や毛越寺などできれいな紅葉を楽しむことができます。
日本の素晴らしい四季を感じられる古き良き街なのです。

Here in Hiraizumi, we enjoy autumn foliage in Chuson-ji, Motsu-ji and the other world heritage sites when fall has come to this town.
Hiraizumi is one of the historical and traditional towns which has typical Japanese four seasons.

こちらが中尊寺の10月29日(土)の様子です。
参道ではお土産屋さんを訪れたり、地元の小学生などが育てた秋の花々をご覧いただくことができます。

This is Chuson-ji, on 29^th October.
On the pathway to the temple, you can visit souvenir shops and watch autumn flowers grown by local students.

こちらは10月29日(土)の中尊寺の夜の様子です。
紅葉がライトアップされていて、とても幻想的な参道になっていました。

You can spend a beautiful time with this dreamy illumination of the foliage on the pathway to the temple.

平泉エリアの紅葉は11月上旬までが見頃と言われており、中尊寺のライトアップイベント「紅葉銀河」も11月13日(日)までですので、
